WILLIAM SNEDDEN
Co-Owner - Certified Spray Foam Technician
Our spray foam expert and the friendly face spraying your home;
William knows the ins and outs of spray foam insulation like the back of his hand. After working as a cook for many years, Will joined the spray foam industry in 2017 and has been hooked ever since. His knowledge of the industry, skills in project management, and impeccable work ethic continuously exceed the expectations of customers and fellow trades alike. He is meticulous in his work and prioritizes efficiency, quality, and safety. Your project is in great hands with William.

Originally from Slave Lake, Alberta, Will moved to Kelowna with his family as a child. Growing up around the valley's beautiful landscapes, swimming in Lake Okanagan, and graduating from OKM, he takes pride in being a local. A family man at heart, Will is building his dream life with his wife Eva, 2 year old daughter Rhea, and his baby daughter Noa.
He is known to be relentlessly hard working and thoughtful.
KEEGAN PERRON
Co-Owner - Sales and Communications Manager
Our sales manager and the guy shaking your hand;
Keegan holds a diploma in business administration and 7 years of extensive
construction experience. Thorough and ambitious, his consistent long-term goal of developing and owning a business in trades in the Okanagan has driven him to excellent work-ethic and determination. Keegan has developed a passion for spray foam while building Optimized, and is dedicated to providing the absolute best service in this trade for his community.

Born and raised in Kelowna, Keegan is a true local man. His love for the Okanagan runs deep, spending his free time enjoying all it has to offer: from boating in the summers to hitting the slopes at Big White in the winters with his partner Kama.
He is known to be extremely driven and kind.
EVA CAOUETTE
Co-Owner - Marketing and Administration Manager
Our creative expert and admin powerhouse:
Eva has a passion and skill for media, marketing and brand development. Her skills have been honed through her work in real estate marketing and education in communications. Extremely organized, she is focused on making sure Optimized Spray Foam's image reflects our amazing product, service, and team.
Working closely with Keegan, she also handles our administration and management behind-the-scenes.
Optimized was Eva's big return to the workforce after a year of maternity leave with her daughter Rhea. She has since had another daughter, Noa, and loves being a mother above all else. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Eva grew up in Kelowna and loves to get involved in her community.
